These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Geranium website, geraniumstyle.com, and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the website (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, "Geranium," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Geranium. "You" and "your" refer to the customer, website visitor, or user of the Services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Online Store Terms

You must have the legal capacity required under the laws applicable to you to enter into a purchase transaction.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or other material intended to damage or interfere with the website, Shopify, or any related systems.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit service where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or other legitimate business reasons.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, materials, features, prices and other information accurately.

However, bridal and occasion dresses may contain handmade or individually finished elements, including lace appliqués, beading, embroidery, pearls, sequins and other decorative details.

Small differences in hand-finished placement or appearance may occur between individual made-to-order dresses.

Product features also vary by design. A craftsmanship technique or feature described elsewhere on the website does not mean that every Geranium dress contains that feature.

Please review the individual product page before ordering.

3. Product Images and Color

Product images are intended to represent the design as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, actual color may vary because of:

• screen settings;
• device display differences;
• photography and lighting;
• fabric texture;
• material transparency;
• fabric layering;
• reflective surfaces;
• dye-lot variation; and
• differences between lace, tulle, satin and other materials.

A digital color swatch or photograph should therefore be treated as a visual reference rather than a guarantee of exact screen-to-fabric color matching.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Most Geranium dresses are made to order.

Made to Order means that production generally begins after an order and the information required for production have been received and confirmed.

A made-to-order dress may still be ordered in a standard size.

Made to Order and Custom Size are not the same:

• Made to Order means the dress is produced after the order is confirmed.
• Custom Size means the dress is produced using personal body measurements submitted for the individual order.

Unless a product is specifically identified as ready to ship, customers should allow production time before shipment.

5. Standard Sizes

Standard sizes are based on the measurements shown in the applicable Geranium Size Guide.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

A customer's usual clothing size from another brand may not correspond to a Geranium size.

If the selected standard size corresponds to the measurements shown in our Size Guide but does not fit the customer's body as preferred, this is generally considered a size-selection or fit-preference issue rather than a manufacturing defect.

6. Custom Size

Custom Size is available only for eligible products.

Customers choosing Custom Size must provide accurate body measurements as requested on the product page.

Depending on the dress, requested measurements may include Bust, Waist, Hips, Shoulder or Back Width, Armhole, Bicep, Wrist, Sleeve Length, Height, Hollow to Floor, Hollow to Hem, Heel Height, Weight, or other measurements relevant to the selected design.

Geranium may review submitted measurements for consistency and may contact the customer if information appears unusual or requires confirmation.

Measurement review is intended to help identify possible input errors. It does not replace the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements.

Custom Size does not guarantee that no local alteration will ever be desired. Body shape, posture, fabric, dress structure and personal fit preference can affect final fit.

Custom Size covers sizing only unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

7. Design Customization

Changes to the original design, including neckline, sleeves, train, fabric, embellishment or construction details, are separate from Custom Size.

Customers should contact Geranium before ordering if design modifications are required.

A requested modification is not accepted until Geranium confirms that it can be produced.

We may refuse a design change that is not technically suitable for the selected dress or available materials.

8. Custom Color

Custom Color may be available for selected products.

Availability depends on the fabric, lace, embellishments and materials required for the specific design.

If the requested color is not shown as a standard option, customers should contact Geranium before placing the order.

Photographs, screenshots or third-party color references may help communicate the desired shade, but an exact match to a digital image or third-party material cannot be guaranteed.

9. Orders

You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing checkout.

This includes, where applicable:

• product;
• size;
• color;
• quantity;
• Custom Size measurements;
• customization requests;
• shipping address; and
• contact information.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that every unusual customization request has been accepted.

If additional confirmation is necessary, Geranium may contact you before production begins.

10. Order Changes

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after production has begun.

Once fabric has been prepared or cut, pattern work has begun, customization has been performed, or other production work has started, some changes may no longer be possible.

Additional charges or additional production time may apply to approved changes.

11. Order Cancellations

Because most Geranium dresses are made to order, cancellation availability depends on the production status of the order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.

A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once materials have been prepared, fabric has been cut, Custom Size work has begun, customization has started, or the dress has otherwise entered production.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other amounts may be displayed separately where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description or technical errors.

If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

13. Payments

Payment must be successfully completed through an available payment method before an order can be processed, unless another payment arrangement has been expressly accepted by Geranium.

Payment methods may vary by country or region.

Third-party payment providers may process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Geranium may cancel or hold an order where payment cannot be verified or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention.

14. Production Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production time begins after the information required for production has been received and, where necessary, confirmed.

If Geranium contacts the customer because measurements, customization or other required information is missing or requires clarification, time spent waiting for the customer's response may delay production.

Production time may vary according to:

• design complexity;
• fabric availability;
• Custom Size requirements;
• hand finishing;
• beading or embellishment;
• approved customization; and
• current production conditions.

Where an individual product page provides a specific production estimate, that product-specific estimate should be used.

15. Weddings and Fixed Event Dates

Customers purchasing for a wedding, prom, Quinceañera or another fixed event date should order as early as reasonably possible.

The total time required may include:

• order confirmation;
• measurement confirmation;
• production;
• quality inspection;
• international transportation;
• customs clearance;
• local delivery; and
• any local alteration the customer may wish to arrange after delivery.

If your event date is approaching, contact Geranium before ordering.

Unless specifically confirmed otherwise in writing, an estimated production or shipping date does not constitute a guarantee that an order will arrive before a particular event.

16. Shipping

Available shipping methods depend on factors including destination, postal code, parcel size, parcel weight and current carrier coverage.

Standard international shipping is available to many supported destinations.

FedEx or other express services may be available only for selected destinations.

The shipping options and applicable charges available for a particular order are generally displayed during checkout.

17. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after a parcel has entered the shipping network.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused parcel, unclaimed shipment or repeated failed delivery attempts may be the customer's responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.

18. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided when supported by the shipping carrier.

Tracking may not update continuously during international transit.

Final-mile delivery may be completed by a different local carrier from the original international shipping provider.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise by the carrier.

19. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes or other destination-country charges.

Where such charges are collected at checkout, they will be displayed with the order.

Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for payment to the carrier, customs authority or other relevant authority.

Customs processing is controlled by destination authorities and may affect delivery time.

20. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on the order type, customization, condition of the item, reason for the request and applicable consumer law.

Custom Size and personally customized items are subject to different return conditions from eligible standard-size, non-customized items.

Customers must contact Geranium before sending any item back.

Do not return a product to the sender address shown on the original shipping parcel unless Geranium specifically instructs you to do so.

21. Product Issues

If you believe you received:

• an incorrect item;
• an incorrect confirmed color;
• a materially incorrect size;
• a damaged item;
• a defective item; or
• another significant production issue,

please contact us promptly.

We may reasonably request photographs, videos, measurements or other information needed to review the issue.

If you intend to report a product issue, do not alter, repair, wash or clean the dress before contacting us where doing so may prevent the original condition from being verified.

22. Shipping Damage

If a parcel arrives with visible external damage, please photograph the packaging before discarding it.

Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed where reasonably possible.

Geranium may need packaging photographs or other supporting information when raising a claim with a shipping carrier.

23. Customer Content

If you send us reviews, photographs, videos, comments or other content for customer service, we may use that content for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your request.

Sending content for customer service does not automatically give Geranium permission to use it for marketing.

Content submitted specifically for Customer Stories or other promotional purposes may be used only with appropriate permission.

For content featuring children, permission should be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

24. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Geranium, including product photographs, graphics, logos, designs, written content, website layout and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Geranium and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use website content for personal shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit or use Geranium content in a misleading manner without permission, except where permitted by law.

25. Reviews and User Submissions

If you submit a review or other content for publication, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of another person.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary because it is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, contains personal information that should not be publicly displayed, or otherwise violates these Terms.

We will not knowingly alter the substantive meaning of a genuine customer review when publishing it.

26. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

• for unlawful purposes;
• to violate applicable laws or regulations;
• to infringe intellectual-property rights;
• to submit false or fraudulent information;
• to interfere with website security;
• to transmit malicious software;
• to scrape or exploit the website in an abusive manner;
• to impersonate another person;
• to attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or
• for fraudulent transactions or payment activity.

27. Third-Party Services

Certain parts of the Services may rely on third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers and other service providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

28. Availability of the Services

We may modify, suspend or discontinue part of the website or Services where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party systems, security incidents or other events outside our reasonable control.

29. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate.

However, typographical errors, outdated information or technical errors may occasionally occur.

We may correct errors and update information where necessary.

Where a material correction affects an existing order, we may contact the customer before continuing.

30. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and website content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes legal guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geranium will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms.

This section does not limit any rights or protections available to consumers under mandatory law.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

34. Waiver

If Geranium does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean the provision is permanently waived.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this website with an updated "Last updated" date.

Where required by law, additional notice will be provided.

36. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms apply subject to all mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived under the laws applicable to the customer.
